These subsections are printed in the order shown above.

Note 3: Line breaks are placed based on Print Priority Ranges. When print priority moves into the next range, place a line break. Internally, the system assigns the print priority based on the product type / charge type. Users can assign a print priority to Fixed Charges thereby controlling where the fixed charge is displayed in this report. The ranges are:

0 to 9999
10,000 to 19,999
20,000 to 999,999
1,000,000 to 9,999,999
